When will my order ship?
Orders are picked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. $4.99 flat-rate tracked shipping then takes 5 to 10 business days across the U.S.
I have not received a tracking link.
Check your spam folder first. If it has been more than two business days since your order, email support@matthewramsey.com with your order number and we will resend it.
My tracking has not updated.
Carriers can take a day to scan a parcel in. If nothing moves for three business days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
