Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how Matthew Ramsey orders ship, what it costs, and when to expect delivery.
1. Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states and DC. We do not yet ship internationally or to US territories outside the 50 states and DC.
2. Shipping cost

One simple flat rate of $4.99 applies to every Matthew Ramsey order. No tiers, no minimums, and no surprises at checkout.
3. Processing time
Orders are picked, checked and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
4. Delivery timeframes

5. Carriers and tracking
Every order ships tracked, with last-mile delivery by USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on your address. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order dispatches, and you can also use our Track Order page. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet dispatched.
7. Undeliverable or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A second shipping charge may apply for address errors.
8. PO boxes and APO/FPO
We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to these addresses may take a little longer.
9. Lost or delayed orders
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, or your order has not arrived within the expected window, email support@matthewramsey.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier and make it right.
10. Sales tax
Any applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping state and shown before you pay.
